Webville Racing
The owner of Webville Networks, Bill Coulter holds a club racing competition license with Porsche Club of America (PCA). See the Webville sponsored 996 race car at PCA Club Races and Drivers Ed (DE) events in New Jersey and the surrounding area. Coulter is a DE instructor, was a board member and the webmaster for the Schattenbaum Region of the PCA. Photo above is turn 9 at Watkins Glen.

National Championship Winner in PCA Club Racing
PCA has an annual championship competition based on points earned in club races throughout the racing year. Bill Coulter is the 2015 national champion (first place winner) in the PCA "I" class. Read all about it in the January 2016 issue of Schattenbaum's newsletter, beginning on page 7. In 2019 Bill finished second in the national championship in the "I" class. "I" class refers to one of several classes PCA maintains for different types of Porsche race cars.
