Outlook Profiles

A profile is a group of settings that define how Outlook is set up for a particular user to access a particular server. For example, a profile may include the information for your mailbox on your Exchange Server.

For best results, add a new profile to connect to Exchange Hosting Service. Adding a new profile is necessary to create the proper configuration and preserves your existing settings in your existing profile. We can't emphasize this too much; create a new profile, do not modify an existing one.

If you're temporarily setting up our demo account, all you need to do when you're through is switch back to your old Outlook profile.

The step by step instructions for creating a new profile are different for each version of Outlook. Please click one of the links below depending on which version of Outlook you're using. Determine your version by choosing About from the Help menu.
