How To Create a Profile in Outlook 2010
As far as the process to create a profile, Outlook 2010 is very similar to Outlook 2007.
Use the following steps to add a new Outlook profile to your computer.
Close Outlook if it's open.
From the Start button, locate Control Panel and open it.
Find the Mail icon in Control Panel. In Windows 7 and Vista, the easy way is to type Mail in the search box at the upper right of the Control Panel window. See screen shot below.

Open the Mail icon. The Mail Setup dialog shown below will appear.

Click the Show Profiles button. The dialog shown below will appear. The profiles shown on your system and their names will be different from those in the screen shot.

Click the Add button. The following dialog will appear.

Type a name for the new profile and press Enter or click Ok.

Choose to manually configure server settings and click Next.

Choose Microsoft Exchange and click Next.

In the Microsoft Exchange Server box type mail.webville.net
Verify that Use Cached Exchange Mode is selected.
Type the first letter of your user name in the user name box.
Click the More Settings button. You may be prompted for credentials at this point. If prompted, type the full user@domain.com webville user logon name and password you've been assigned. It is important that your credentials are entered exactly as assigned. If the credentials dialog contains something else, seeming to suggest you should put the name of your laptop or your company's server in front of your user name here, don't be fooled. Remove everything else and enter only the user@domain.com logon you've been assigned by Webville.

On the Connection tab page of the More Settings dialog, click the box to Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP and click the Exchange Proxy Settings button.

In the Use this URL to connect box, type mail.webville.net
The Only connect to proxy servers that have this name... box is optional. If you select it, type msstd:mail.webville.net in the box.
Both boxes must be checked for Fast and Slow networks as shown.
Basic Authentication must be selected.
Click OK to close the Proxy Settings Dialog. Click OK again to close the More Settings Dialog. You will be returned to the Microsoft Exchange Settings dialog.

Verify that the server name is mail.webville.net, cached mode is checked, the first letter of your name is in the user name box, and click the Check Name button. You will be prompted for credentials.

Type the full user@domain.com webville user logon name and password you've been assigned. It is important that your credentials are entered exactly as assigned. If the credentials dialog contains something else, seeming to suggest you should put the name of your laptop or your company's server in front of your user name here, don't be fooled. Remove everything else and enter only the user@domain.com logon you've been assigned by Webville.
If there is more than one potential match a dialog like this will appear. If there's only one possible match you'll skip this dialog and see the next one.

Select your name and click OK. You will be returned to the Exchange Settings dialog.

When your user name and the server name are underlined, it indicates they have been verified and configured and you're good to go. Don't worry if the underlined server name differs, we have more than one server, and if everything's underlined here, the system knows where to find your mailbox. Click Next.

Click Finish to return to the Mail dialog.

Use the drop down under Always use this profile to select your new profile. Outlook will use the profile selected here.
Click OK and start Outlook. You will be prompted for credentials.

Again, it is important to type the full user@domain.com webville user logon name and password you've been assigned. If the credentials dialog contains something else, seeming to suggest you should put the name of your laptop or your company's server in front of your user name here, don't be fooled. Remove everything else and enter only the user@domain.com logon you've been assigned by Webville.
