BlackBerry BES Activation
BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES)

BES is the best way to connect your BlackBerry with your Exchange Server mailbox. To get started, send us an email to request BES service. We just need to know which mailbox to enable. BES is optional and costs an additional $10 per month per mailbox.

You may need to check with your wireless provider (AT&T, Verizon, etc) to verify that your cell phone account has an appropriate data plan which supports or allows BES.

When we enable your account, you'll receive an email from BES Admin with your activation password. That password is good for 48 hours or 5 activation attempts.

See the following animated step-by-step guide about how to activate BES on your BlackBerry, and where to input that password.
