BlackBerry BES Express Activation
BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express (BES Express)

BES Express is the new way to connect your BlackBerry with your Exchange Server mailbox. To get started, send us an email to request BES Express service. We just need to know which mailbox to enable.

When we enable your account, we'll give you an activation password. That password is good for 48 hours or 5 activation attempts.

BES Express works with the standard Blackberry data plan, unlike BES, BES Express does not require the extra high level data plan from your phone carrier.

Remove all other email configurations from the phone before attempting the enterprise activation. If you have trouble, doing a wipe before the activation usually clears it up. If you fail to remove a BIS email configuration from the phone before activating BES Express you will get duplicates. Remove all other email configurations from the phone before activating BES Express.

See the following animated step-by-step guide about how to activate BES on your BlackBerry, and where to input the activation password.
