The following is excerpted from Motorola Android Support. It may or may not be exactly correct for your device. There are many devices with Andoid operating system. There are constant updates and your device may be slightly different.

The Motorola Xoom uses the generic term "Corporate" instead of Exchange ActiveSync. Choose add account and then choose Corporate as the type of account when setting up your Exchange account on those and similar devices.

  1. From the Applications Menu, Touch Email.
  2. Type in your email address and password. Check the box only if you want this to be your default email account. Touch Next.
  3. Touch Exchange Account.
  4. Enter your Exchange Server information and Touch Next.

Note: Do not select "Accept all SSL certificates"

  5. Your phone will check the incoming server settings.
  6. If everything is correct the Account Options screen will appear allowing you to customize your account settings.
  7. Finally, you will be asked to name this account and enter the name that will be displayed on outgoing messages. Touch Done when complete.
